WVEPC Meeting: September 2023

Please join us September 12th 11:45-1:00 at Illahe Country Club for a presentation on the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and newly adopted regulations that will affect literally tens of millions of small businesses in the United States.

This presentation will discuss the following: (1) who is required to report information about ownership of a small business to the federal government under the CTA; (2) who is not required to report that information; (3) when reporting companies must submit the required information; (4) how information reported to the federal government can be accessed and used by the government; and (5) more! At the end of the presentation there will be a Q & A session.”

At the meeting we will be voting for our new board and announcing some positive changes to the format of our meetings going forward.
